We are a government of Uttarakhand recognized Inter College situated in a valley surrounded by the low hills 30 km far from the Tehsil headquarter Gairsain (The summer Capital of Uttarakhand) district Chamoli. It was first established as a Junior High School in 1964 then upgraded to higher secondary in 1979 and senior secondary in 1991 now it has been reaffiliated to the CBSE as AUGIC.

We have well trained and highly educated, efficient teachers and staff who are capable to teach in both Hindi and English medium. The school have all the facilities for the students, i.e good and attractive building, labs, common rooms, library, staff-rooms, toilets for both boys and girls separately E-Learning and Virtual Lab, easily approachable by the road connectivity.

Subjects we teach- (Senior-secondary)- Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Economics, Political science, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology.
